Our Story

Founded by Laurence Hough who is deeply embedded in the deaf community, Charis Plan Manager was born out of a desire to address the unique challenges faced by NDIS participants. With firsthand experience navigating the difficulties of the NDIS, we recognised the need for a service provider that not only understood the workings of the scheme but also embraced deaf culture and communication.

Our team is comprised of individuals with a variety of backgrounds, but we all share one common trait - a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of NDIS participants. From Deaf individuals who bring invaluable insight into our operations to NDIS workers who bridge the gap between the Deaf and hearing worlds, our team is united in our commitment to providing exceptional service with empathy and understanding.
