We engage sign language Interpreting services for individuals to communicate with non-Auslan users. Our team includes fluent signers who can communicate effectively in Auslan (Australian Sign Language) or other preferred sign languages. We use Video Relay Service through the National Relay Service to communicate with service providers, NDIS and non-Auslan users.

Text-Based Communication Options

For individuals who prefer text-based communication, we offer various options to accommodate their needs. Whether it's email, text messaging, or instant messaging platforms, we ensure that clients can communicate with us in a way that is comfortable and convenient for them.

Video Conferencing Accessibility

Our video conferencing platforms are equipped with features that enhance accessibility for everyone. This includes options for captioning, real-time transcription, and screen-sharing capabilities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the NDIS community.

Assistive Technologies Compatibility
